Cattleya harrisoniana - mounted

Cattleya harrisoniana mounted on wood. This is a plant from one of my very first crossings circa 1999. The mother plant of this crossing came from Mr. Piggors the founder of Oak Hill Garden in Chicagoland who originally taught me the phyto laboratory principles of orchid reproduction. Lots of American orchid history in this, approximately 80 years!!!

plant with two leads, meaning that if well cultivated can bloom from 2 pseudo-bulbs.
